We serve all of Arlington, Alexandria, and Fairfax. We may also serve other locations such as Washington, DC and distant areas in Northern Virginia depending on the job.
Regular-rate service calls are scheduled
from Monday to Friday, between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. For plumbing emergencies, after 5 p.m. Monday- Friday including the
weekend, overtime charges will apply.
However you will not be charged the overtime rate if a plumber arrives
late for a regularly scheduled service call. |

courteous service. Our plumbers will leave your place as clean if not cleaner than when we started.
For a typical job, our
labor is warranted for 30 days. For larger jobs, the warranty on our labor is longer. For example, the work
on our sump pump installation carries a 1-year warranty. The warranty for equipment is that specified by
the manufacturer (our plumber will tell you the warranty at the time of installation). The only type of work for which we
provide a shorter warranty is snaking (24-hour warranty). |

We provide free estimates over the phone. We
also provide free on-site estimates for more difficult jobs. In comparison with the Top 10 Northern Virginia Plumbers rated by Washington Consumers' CHECKBOOK Volume 13, No.
4 (Winter/Spring 2006), All Plumbing has the lowest prices for a minimum service charge of $78, which covers
the first half hour of service.
No work will
be done without your approval. We have fixed prices for a variety of services, regardless of how long it takes to do the job.
There are never any travel charges.
Senior citizens receive a 10% discount.

or small including gas piping and gas connections for stoves. No job is too small nor too big, we do re-piping of the entire
building, including replacement of polybutylene. We serve both residential and a broad variety of commercial and government

We have fixed prices for many services, including
installing or replacing toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, water heaters, snaking drains, sump pumps, video camera inspections
of pipes, hydro-jetting pipes, and other services. Our fixed prices are a guarantee to you and include everything - this fixed
price will be written on our job ticket in advance. Payment is due when the job is completed. We do not bill residential
customers or provide financing.
